Frequently Asked Questions from Franchisees / Partners
1. Business and Partnership
How does the revenue share work?
You keep 70 percent of net revenue after VAT and transaction fees. Brick retains 30 percent, which equals about 21 percent of gross revenue. There is also a 5 EUR monthly fee per active station for platform, SIM and support. Fees can be discounted based on performance.
What is the minimum investment to start?
The minimum order is 5,000 EUR. This gives you 18 Brick Base stations or 12 Brick Core stations. Market operators start with 100 or more stations.
How profitable is a station?
A typical station earns around 2,500 EUR per year at one rental per day. Strong venues can do 5 to 15 rentals per day. Top hospitality locations reach 7,000 EUR per month.
How long does it take to break even?
Most partners break even in 6 to 12 months. High-performing venues can show much faster payback.
Do I need to offer revenue share to venues?
No. Around 80 percent of venues accept stations without revenue share. Some partners offer 10 to 15 percent to secure premium placements.
Why should a bar or nightclub host a Brick station?
Bars benefit from customers staying longer, spending more and not asking staff to charge phones. A power bank kiosk reduces stress for staff and solves low battery problems for guests.
Can I set my own pricing for users?
Yes. Typical pricing is 2 to 4 EUR per 30 minutes with a daily cap around 10 EUR. Market averages vary, for example 3 EUR in Sweden and 2 EUR in Spain.
What margins can I expect?
After VAT and transaction fees, partners keep around 70 percent net. Transaction fees average 6 percent.
Do deposits reduce failed payments?
