Can I Become a Partner in a Market Operated Region?

A Subsidiary Network Partnership provides an opportunity for individuals interested in a partnership to establish their own Brick Network in markets that have already been claimed by other partners.

Can I Become a Partner in a Market Operated Region?

At Brick, you have two partnership options: as a Market Operator, gaining exclusivity during expansion; or Network Partner who manages a smaller station network without a growth target or exclusivity.

But, what if someone wants to become a Network Partner in a region with a Market Operator, or a Market Operator in a region with Network Partners? That's when the Subsidiary Network Partnership comes into play.

Network Partner
Starts with a minimum of 20 stations in their network.

Market Operator
Starts with a minimum of 100 stations in their network.

The SNP agreement

A Subsidiary Network Partnership provides an opportunity for individuals interested in a Brick partnership to establish their own Brick Network in markets that have already been claimed by other partners. This allows for expansion and collaboration within regions where Brick already has a presence.

Here's how it works
Subsidiary Network Partners will enter into two agreements upon joining the partnership – a terms adherence agreement with Brick Technology and a commercial agreement with the Market Operator.

  • The terms adherence agreement allows you to operate as a Brick representative and use our app and Dashboard. This agreement is to be signed with Brick HQ.
  • The commercial agreement is established between the SNP and the MO, outlining the terms and conditions for running the network along with associated fees.

How will fees and revenue share work?

Being an SNP means purchasing your stations and remitting your fees to the MO, rather than directly to Brick HQ. In this arrangement, the MO, in return, procures their own stations and transfers SNP fees to Brick HQ, thus embracing the responsibility for the market they oversee.

MOs are tasked with setting station prices and fees while regulating the operational zones for SNPs. This way, the SNP exclusively interacts with the MO, effectively making them an extension of Brick HQ.

If you're an MO, your role involves invoicing the SNP for their station purchases and station fees. Brick will then distribute the revenue share from the SNP to you on a quarterly basis or through a monthly deduction from the Base fee. In parallel, Brick HQ will invoice you for the SNP station fees, acknowledging your role in driving market growth as the MO.

Why become an SNP?

As an SNP, you can run your own Brick Network, accompanied by a local contact person who can offer support in areas such as strategy, network management, and hands-on assistance. You'll foster a close partnership with someone who's fully immersed in the market you're venturing into. Your journey as an SNP includes access to your personal Dashboard login.

Why work with SNPs?

As an Exclusive Market Operator, there are numerous benefits that make collaborating with SNPs highly advantageous

  1. Station placements contribute to your growth targets
Each station placed by SNPs counts towards your growth objectives.
  2. Simplified market expansion in non-network regions:
Expanding into regions where you lack a network becomes more seamless.
  3. Shared investment for enhanced teamwork:
SNPs are equally invested in the success of the business, promoting effective teamwork.
  4. Accelerated 'first to market' advantage:
SNPs play a pivotal role in accelerating your 'first to market' advantage, a crucial factor for success.
